The Problem

Website not responsive
Low enquiry through the web forms
Poor display of the travel deals
Too many non-exclusive deals on the site
High bounce rate on the login page

The limitations

Existing integration with Salesforce
Data collection
Marketo integration
Gated site
Products information being pulled automatically from the product platform so limitation in the styling and content entry control

The Solution

Put the enquiry forms higher on the page
Show the best deal on the login page to motivate users to create a profile
Simplifying registration process
Highlighting value of each deals
Displaying small deal with better value

My role in the project

User Flow

Listing the steps that a user performs to complete the task, during the website visit.

Storyboard

Description of how the user get to the website and the other interactions before and after completing the task.

Wireframes

Creating a blue print of the site to make sure we accounted for all the steps and information required on the site.

UI Pattern Library

Create a collection of user interface design elements that are consistent with the branding and can be used on other platform like email templates using Sketch.
